This is a Recruitment Pool for the WA Country Health Service (WACHS) Registrar appointments in 2023.
Location: Albany, Broome, Bunbury, Debry, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie, Kununurra and Northam Hospitals.
Salary: MP Year 1-7 $131,853 to $176,734 p.a. (inclusive of base salary, 10% superannuation and applicable allowances)

Fixed Term Full Time and fixed term part time appointments for 6 and 12 months commencing in February 2023.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/10/2022.

1. Curriculum Vitae or Resume (maximum of three pages).
- Details of your educational background.
- Medical employment history including any involvement with research.
- The names and contact details of TWO professional referees who have supervised past clinical work within the past 12 months. (Please include the referee's email address)
2. Statement addressing Essential and Desirable Selection Criteria listed in the attached JDF (required – 3-4 pages maximum).
- Applicants are advised to write supporting statements to address Essential and Desirable Selection Criteria. All Criteria listed in the Job Description Form may be assessed at some stage during the selection process.
- Do not sign and submit the JDF as your response to the selection criteria.
3. Cover Letter (maximum of two pages) including:
- Desired career path and interests.
- Indicate clear position/site preference (select a maximum of three Position/Site Preferences also within application)
- Specific requirements if requesting to work part time.
- Indicate if applying with a partner.
- Any scholarships or rural bonding received.
4. Proof of citizenship and residency status - copy of passport and copy of current visa OR Australian birth certificate.
5. Evidence of English language skills registration standard (if applicable).
6. Two recent End of Term Assessments or Referee Nominees
- Hospitals may accept term assessments as an alternative to seeking formal referee reports.

7. AMC Certificate and exam result (if applicable).
