If you are an adventurous individual who loves nature and outdoor living, then country WA is the place for you!

Western Australia has more hours of sunshine than any other Australian state, with blue skies for most of the year.  The weather ranges across the state from a semi-arid interior to a tropical north, while the southern half enjoys a Mediterranean-style climate. Enjoy an active lifestyle with a wide array of water and land-based sports, camping and fishing destinations and beautiful scenic beaches with pure white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water perfect for swimming and snorkelling. The sun sets on the west and if you’ve never seen a sunset over the ocean, WA will take your breath away. Not to mention that there are a lot less crowds and development compared to eastern coast beaches. Western Australia produces a wide array of world-class produce, including seafood, cheese and an emerging trade in black truffles. The State is home to nine wine regions, including world-renown vineyards in the South West and Great Southern regions. WA is a year-round working holiday destination!

Our employees enjoy an amazing range of benefits which may include (in line with operational requirements):

  • Competitive salary packages – up to $574,000 p.a. (based upon location).
  • Assistance with Australian work visas (if applicable).
  • Attractive overseas and national relocation packages (discussions occur with regions once appointed).
  • Flexible working and leave arrangements.
  • Challenge yourself by experiencing greater clinical autonomy and responsibility in a supportive environment.
  • Make a difference and become an important member of the local community.
