Currently we are seeking to appoint suitably experienced individuals to the position of Consultant - Emergency Medicine at Rockingham Peel Group. The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team to provide specialist emergency medicine services to patients whilst promoting patient safety and quality of care. In this role you will provide leadership, orientation, training, supervision and education, where relevant, for Doctors in Training, health service medical practitioners and other health workers.
The Consultant in Emergency Medicine works in collaboration with the Head of Department and other Consultants to achieve national, state and South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) performance standards and targets within the scope of clinical practice as defined and recommended by the SMHS Area Medical Credentialing Committee.
