This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full-Time, Fixed Term Part-Time (hours negotiable – minimum hours required to work may vary per site) Resident Medical Officer (RMO) MID-YEAR appointments, commencing from May 2020 or later, at the participating WA Health Services listed below.
Salary: MP Year 1-3 $100,271 - $120,121 p.a. (inclusive of base salary, 9.5% superannuation and professional development allowance)

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until Thursday 26 March 2020 for the 2020 clinical year.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancies, it may also be used to fill other ‘similar’ vacancies throughout the above health services.
In addition to this, should a successful applicant decline a vacancy, then other applicants appointed to the pool may also be selected from this process.

Applicants must have worked for a minimum of 6 months as a registered medical practitioner in an Australian hospital or comparable hospital setting.
When assessing suitability against the above criteria, a comparable hospital setting will be defined by the Medical Board of Australia approved list of competent authority countries.

Preference for appointment will be given to practitioners who gained this clinical and procedural experience within the last two years.
