Position Summary: The CSIP is open to RMO, Registrars, Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health staff who are committed to quality health care and want to make a difference

The Clinical Service Improvement Program is open to RMO, Registrars, Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health staff (at selected sites) and is your chance to become a leader in your workplace and create a culture of meaningful sustainable innovation. You will gain valuable skills in leadership and service redesign to make a lasting difference to patients and staff.

During your 10 to 13-week non-clinical rotation you will focus solely on completing a clinical service improvement project. Your project will have a positive impact on patient care and could be related to clinical care delivery processes or patient flow.

Successful applicants will learn lifetime skills in leadership and service improvement methodologies and will have access to ongoing professional development workshops throughout the year.

Eligibility Questions Essential: Are you eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia?
Essential: Will you be an RMO (PGY2+) or a Registrar in 2022?
Essential: Have you accepted a clinical position at a participating WA Health hospital site for 2022?
