You will remain contracted and salaried to your Primary Employing Health Service (PEHS) but will be released to WACHS on secondment for one term.
Rural CRP Eligibility
At the time of placement, you will need to:
- Hold a general registration with the Medical Board of Australia
- Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Be employed as a RMO at Fiona Stanley Hospital, Royal Perth Hospital or Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital for 2022
How to Apply
RMOs can express their interest in a rural CRP placement on the MedJobsWA vacancy “2022 Rural Community Residency Program”. Applications can be submitted on MedJobsWA from 24 May 2021 until 22 June 2021. This is separate to the single centralised application process for RMOs and SMRs.
